(Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 11.02.2016 vide which it was observed that the letter of possession in respect of the allotment will be issued to the petitioner. As per the affidavit filed by the Managing Director, HSIIDC, the Plot No.583-P, Sector 69, Faridabad, was allotted to the petitioner and the possession was also given. It is also stated that the petitioner has already filed CWP No.28758 of 2022, praying for quashing of the letter vide which the claim of the petitioner for the smaller plot was declined.

In view of the above, no willful disobedience of the order is made out as the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy. Dismissed.
