Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter can be disposed of in the same terms as the order passed in COCP No. 737 of 2017.

Grievance of the petitioners is that minimum of the pay scale is not being granted to the petitioners despite the fact that order in this regard has attained finality.

Learned State counsel submits that needful shall be done at the earliest in any case not later than three months. Under the circumstances, no further direction is necessary. This court hopes and trusts that the contempt would be purged by that time. In the eventuality, this does not happen, petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition.
