CHANDIGARH COCP No.34 of 2015 Date of Decision.08.01.2015 Suman Kumari .......Petitioner

Versus

Smt. Rakha Sharma and another ......Respondents

Present:

Mr. Sailender Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

There is no case made for contempt, for, what is complained of is that the order of status quo has been passed by this Court. When an order is passed by Court without describing what the status quo is, it should only be taken that what the petitioner claims in the petition has been affirmed. The petitioner claimed that she has not been allowed to continue with the work and that must be taken to be the status quo. There cannot be a contempt in this case. 2.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
