Learned State counsel at the outset submits that meeting of departmental promotion committee was held on 12.06.2017. In the proceedings, certain persons have been promoted as Principal. However, petitioner was not found eligible. Thus, his claim has been rejected. He further submits that orders passed as well as the proceedings of the committee shall be supplied to counsel for the petitioner at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks.
In view of above, no further direction in the contempt petition is necessary. Same is hereby disposed of. Petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival thereof in case any cause of action survives, alternatively he may avail any efficacious remedy.
