Learned State counsel, on instructions from Bhavesh, SDE PWSSB, Chandigarh, who is present in court, submits that STP in Jaitu District Faridkot is now fully functional. He further submits that steps are being taken in terms of affidavit filed by D.P. Reddy, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Punjab to set up similar treatment plants as detailed in para 2 of the affidavit dated 20.01.2017. He further submits that report shall be submitted to this court within four months from today. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of at this stage.
