Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 19.05.2017, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "I find this to be a fair submission. In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the said legal notice by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order."
At the outset, learned State counsel, submits that in case, the representation is still pending, same shall be decided at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. In case, any fresh cause of action accrues to the Sukhpreet Kaur 2017.11.11 13:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction of the court, apart from taking
