*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.160 dated 31.12.2022 under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, registered at Police Station Mohkampura, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. Vide order dated 11.01.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 11.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Puran Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required.
In view of the above, interim order dated 11.01.2023 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
The present petition stands disposed off.
