******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the directions in CWP No.6090 of 2010 have been nullified by the State by passing "Haryana Guest Teachers Service Act, 2019" which the petitioners have challenged by filing separate writ petition (CWP-8727-2019), which is now pending for 11.05.2020.

In view of the passing of the aforesaid Act, the cause to continue with this petition no more survives. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek its revival, on the decision of CWP-8727-2019, if the need so arise. Request of learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed and the petition is disposed of in above terms.
