On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana, present in court, accepts notice.
Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 01.09.2017, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ court. It is contended before the court that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with in case of all other employees. However, needful has not been done in case of the petitioner. He has already served contempt notice, Annexure P-3. This petition is disposed of with a direction that a decision be taken on the contempt notice, Annexure P-1, at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. In case, any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction of the court, apart from taking action under the provisions of the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs, which shall be deducted from the salary of the officials responsible for delay/non-compliance.
