Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she would be contended and satisfied if the petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent no.3 - SSP Rural, Amritsar and he be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation to respondent no.3- SSP Rural, Amritsar within 15 days from today. In case any such representation is filed, respondent no.3 shall decide the same himself or by authorizing any officer not below the rank of an IPS cadre, by passing a speaking and reasoned order within 30 working days from its receipt and communicate the same to the petitioners without any delay.
