(Oral) Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the only direction issued by this Court was to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 19.03.2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with as the legal notice of the petitioner has been decided against him vide order dated 04.06.2015. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.

However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the order dated 04.06.2015 passed against him, he may avail his remedy, in accordance with law.
