The present appeal pertains to the year 2020. On 24.11.2023 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 02.05.2024. On 02.05.2024 the case was adjourned to today on the oral request made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the arguing counsel was unwell. Today despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
