This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 12.11.2008 passed in CWP No.13588 of 2008. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner, have already been removed. Otherwise also, it is an ongoing process and the respondent has taken due steps to ensure that all the encroachments are removed in due course, failing which the departmental action has been ordered to be initiated against concerned officials.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any more.
