(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents to bring to their notice that one Smt. Paramjit Kaur Sandhu, who was junior to the petitioner as Tehsildar, was promoted as District Revenue Officer in the year 2011 i.e. before the retirement date of the petitioner, which fact has not been considered by the respondents while passing the impugned order.
