On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl.A.G., Punjab, present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 26.04.2017, passed by the writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In these circumstances, without issuing notice to opposite party, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioners dated 16.12.2016 (Annexure P-10) by passing a speaking order, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."
Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that in case no appeal is preferred against the order, it shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary.
