Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 04.09.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In view of above, I dispose of the instant petition by directing the official respondents to decide the representation dated 19.5.2017 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of in the above said terms." Learned State counsel submits that in case representation of the petitioner is still pending, it shall be disposed of at the earliest, in any case not later than three week's.

In view of statement made by him, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
