ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 64 dated 23.09.2009, registered under Sections 420, 120-B of the IPC at Police Station Budhlada, District Mansa. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 13.02.2023, the petitioner has already deposited the costs of Rs.1.00 lac with the Punjab & Haryana High Court Lawyers Fund and has placed on record the receipt thereof. It is further submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court thereafter and is released on interim bail.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has not disputed the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
