ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondents has argued that the amount due towards the earned leave stands paid to the petitioner on 08.12.2022 and with regard to the arrears of Provident Fund, a cheque was offered, however, he has refused to accept the same on the premise that the same be deposited with the E.P.F. Authorities. Counsel for the respondents has further submitted that he will hand over a cheque regarding the Provident Fund on or before 13.03.2023 to counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. In case the cheque/demand draft of the outstanding amount is not paid, it will be open for the petitioner to move an application for revival of the main petition and in that eventuality, the respondents will be burdened with heavy costs.
