KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Counsel for the petitioner as well State counsel brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has already been released by the Jail Authorities on 18.12.2022, on completion of his sentence. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition can be disposed of accordingly.

As the petitioner has already completed his sentence imposed by the trial Court and upheld by the Appellate Court and has been released from the jail, the present revision petition is hereby disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
