"0 "7.That it is submitted that during the course of investigation of the aforesaid case FIR No. 155/2019 (supra) it has come to notice that the accused Surinder Singh is using WhatsApp mobile number 829869913. Hence, a request letter bearing No. 938-5E dated 18.08.2023 has been written to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar for obtaining Call Details Record, WhatsApp IP address, Customer Application Form and current Tower location of this mobile number, which is awaited. Hence, further appropriate action shall be taken in the aforesaid case FIR No. 155/2019 (supra) after obtaining the above said information.
8. That it is respectfully submitted that the aforesaid FIR No. MOHIT 2023.08.31 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-1115-2020 -2155/2019 (supra) is under investigation, which is being carried out by the deponent in a fair and impartial manner. Sincere efforts are being made to arrest the accused persons in this case. The investigation of this case FIR No. 155/2019 (supra) is being carried out in a fair and impartial manner and the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed.
4. Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 5.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy, if any, available to him, in accordance with law.
