NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order dated 15.01.2019. The same is placed on record as Annexure R/2 vide which part of the benefits have been granted, but ACP has been with-held as the petitioner has been awarded punishment in two chargesheets.
In this view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition. The same is hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
