Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondent No.1 to conduct free and fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.7, dated 20.01.2023, under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Majitha Road, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar against respondent No.2 and to constitute a special investigation team for the redressal of the grievance of the present petitioner. 2.
