The order dated 19.7.2006 mandated re-consideration on the issue of compensation by the Special Acquisition Land Collector, Amritsar keeping in view the judgment rendered by this Court in R.F.A. No.973 of 1988. Reply filed by the respondents indicates that the needful has been done and the amount deposited.

C.O.C.P. No.413 of 2015 -2compensation and contends that there is a shortfall in it. Be that as it may, the order of the Writ Court having been complied with substantially, the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, but with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy in law in view of the short fall in compensation pleaded by them.
