(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that since a fresh judgment has been passed in Civil Appeal No.97 of 13.10.2016 by the Court of Addl. District Judge, Gurdaspur on 02.03.2023, therefore, the present Regular Second Appeal challenging the judgments passed by the trial Court as well as Appellate Court has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly. He has placed on record copy of judgment passed by Addl. District Judge, Gurdaspur.
