Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no cause of action survives in this petition as the towers of petitioner-company has been de-sealed in terms of direction given by writ court. According to him, the renewal charges have also been paid to the Corporation. Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation does not controvert this plea regarding the payment of renewal charges. He, however, submits that liberty may be granted to the Corporation to recover pending dues, if any.

As the order passed by writ court has been complied with, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of. Rule is discharged.
