Claim of the petitioners as set out in CWP 5766/2017 for promotion to the post of PGT Teachers in the Directorate of Secondary Education,Haryana was ordered to be decided by passing a speaking order vide order dated 21.3.2017 (P-1).

The instant contempt was filed with the allegations that despite the directions no speaking order has been passed. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioners states that a speaking order dated 7.8.2017 has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the above, instant contempt is disposed of as infructuous.
