HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have filed the present petition for quashing the impugned order dated 03.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, on an application filed under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in case FIR No.0214 dated 14.12.2017, registered under Sections 306 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sadar Samana, District Patiala.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
