HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to investigate and inquire the fraud committed with certain families amounting to Rs.270 crores by respondents No.7 to 13 and also to investigate complaints dated 11.09.2022 (Annexures P-12 to P-14) moved by affected persons by constituting a `Special Investigation Team', headed by a Senior IPS Officer.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
