**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of LTC for the block period 2016-19 and 2020-23 along with interest @18% p.a. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have issued a legal notice dated 16.11.2022 (Annexure P-6), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed.
