(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix/protect the pay as ₹66,000 from ₹55,200 of the petitioner on his subsequent appointment, i.e.,30.01.2019 as PGT Hindi from the post of JBT Teacher, and the pay the arrears and other consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition, and the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the same in a specified period keeping in view the fact that similar benefit had been extended to other employees vide office orders dated 16.12.2024 and 30.01.2024, Annexures P-15 and P-16 respectively.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same will be considered and decided by respondent no.1-Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law keeping in view the aforementioned office orders dated 16.12.2024 and 30.01.2024, within three months of receiving the representation.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms of thereof. 6.
