*** This revision petition is directed against the orders of the Courts below, whereby the plaintiff's application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC had been dismissed by the Trial Court as well as Appellate Court. Revision was admitted in the High Court. Now, as per information sought from the District & Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, it has come to light that Civil Suit titled Harbir Singh Vs. Smt. Rajesh has been dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 27.07.2013.

This renders the present revision petition as infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the counsel of the parties at their residential addresses for their information.
