This order of mine shall dispose of above-mentioned all the four civil revision petitions, wherein similar facts and controversy are involved. For reference, facts are being taken from CR-217-2022 titled as 'Joy Mehra Vs. Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar and another'.

By way of present civil revision, challenge has been made to an order dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Executing Court in EXE-1229 of 2017 titled as 'Joy Mehra Vs. Amritsar Improvement Trust and another', whereby the execution petition filed at the instance of the petitioner-landowner stands dismissed. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the dispute in the present case relates to the calculations of amount of compensation payable in pursuance of an award dated 16.01.1998 passed by the Land Acquisition Collector (Town Improvement Trust), Amritsar and submit that they have no objection, in case the matter is sent back to the Executing Court with liberty to the parties to submit their respective calculations and raise all the grievances there only. 4.

In view thereof, the order dated 29.10.2021 is thus set aside with liberty to the parties to furnish their respective calculations and raise all the pleas available to them before the Executing Court. 5.

In furtherance thereof, the parties are directed to appear before the Executing Court on 16.11.2023 and to furnish their

277 (4 cases) CR-217-2022(O&M) -3-     respective calculations and raise all the grievances there only, within a period of 04 weeks thereafter.

Considering the fact that the acquisition in the present case commenced vide Notification dated 06.01.1995 issued under Section 36 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922, the Executing Court is requested to dispose of the proceedings within a period of 04 months thereafter.

Disposed of in aforesaid terms.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed off.
