Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 21.11.2016 passed by writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "8. For the reasons stated above, the Industrial Tribunal Award dated 03.10.2012 is set aside. The respondents are directed to pay compensation of Rs. 2 Lacs within a period of 3 months from today failing which the petitioner is entitled to interest @ 9% per annum on the compensation amount from today."

Learned State counsel submits that in case no appeal is pending against the aforesaid order, it shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of. It is made clear that in case any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, it shall consider imposition of Ajay Kumar 2017.11.18 12:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

COCP No. 3392 of 2017 appropriate costs which would be deducted from the salary of the official(s) responsible for delay/non-compliance.
