******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that encroachment as per directions contained in order dated 17.03.2009 passed in CWP No.13458 of 2008 have been removed and the steps are continuing to regulate the traffic and take note of any encroachment, if made at any point of time in future.

COCP-633-2011 -2deputed to regulate the traffic. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition with direction to the respondents that the process of regulating the traffic and removal of encroachment should continue.
In view of above submissions, this petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the respondents to ensure the compliance of directions in order dated 17.03.2009 passed in CWP-134582008. Fresh petition indicating non-compliance of the order may be filed at any point of time, if so required.
