The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.81 dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 306, 342, 201 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC") registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot.

Custody certificate dated 25.11.2020 has been filed, which is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
