(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 26.02.2015 vide which a direction was issued to consider the request of the petitioner while taking note of the direction issued by this Court on administrative side and to take appropriate decision. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, case of the petitioner was considered vide Annexures R-5 and R-6 rejecting his claim. In view of the same, contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge Annexures R-5 and R-6 in accordance with law.
