(ORAL) CRM No.32561 of 2021 This application has been moved for seeking the permission to withdraw the main petition bearing CRM-M No.1123 of 2020. Notice in the application.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned DAG, Haryana, accepts the notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State and Mr. Robin Gill, Advocate, who has appeared for Mr. S.S.Dhillon, Advocate, learned counsel for respondent No.2, also accepts the notice and they submit that they have no objection in the withdrawal of the above-said main petition. Keeping in view the above-said fact as well as the reason as mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the afore-said main petition, i.e CRM-M No.1123 of 2020, is taken on the Board today itself. CRM-M No.1123 of 2020 Dismissed for having been withdrawn, as prayed for in CRM No.32561 of 2021.
