Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as vide order dated 12.09.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided. A copy of the said order dated 12.09.2024 has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.
