Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "Without making any observations on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly." Learned State counsel submits that in case no appeal is pending against the aforesaid order passed by the writ court, it shall be implemented at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. In view of above, petition is disposed of.
