CM-16477-CWP-2025 The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the writ petition qua petitioner No.3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the writ petition [CWP-474-2025] is hereby disposed of as withdrawn qua petitioner No.3.

Prayer in CM-16478-CWP-2025 is for disposal/allowing of writ petition (CWP-474-2025) in terms of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in Civil Writ Petition No.4882 of 2014 titled as 'Sukhdeep Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others' along with other connected matters, decided on 21.11.2023. Application is duly supported by an affidavit of applicant-petitioner No.1 (Jaswinder Kaur). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of petitioners are identical as such, the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the Sukhdeep Singh's case (supra).

Learned State counsel does not oppose to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the judgment in Sukhdeep Singh's case (supra). 5.

Consequently, the present writ petition (CWP-474-2025) is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
