It was alleged in the instant contempt that directions given by this Court vide order dated 6.9.2017 in CWP 13914/2017 to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of emoluments in terms of the appointment letter and release of subsistence allowance for the period of suspension, was flouted by the answering respondents. Notice of motion was issued.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states at the Bar that the needful has been done and he accordingly prays for withdrawal of the instant contempt petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
