Learned State counsel submits that fresh demarcation has been carried out.
Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 8 to 10 seeks to file an affidavit in light of order dated 28.02.2018. According to same, private respondents would not encroach upon the land of Gram Panchayat in future.
In view of above, present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. Rule is discharged.
