Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.454 dated 16.10.2022 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is behind bars for less than a year and he is involved in one more case under the NDPS Act.
