***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply by way of affidavit of A.K. Singla, Chief Engineer (HQ) Public Works Department (B & R). He has referred to Para 06 thereof, which reads as under:- "That the case for grant of regular pension/gratuity to the petitioner was sent to O/o Pr. Accountant General, Punjab Chandigarh vide letter No.1462/GAC dated 18.05.2016. The regular pension has been released to the petitioner by the O/o Accountant General (A & E), Punjab Chandigarh vide P.P.O. No.254619/PB dated 18.07.2016. Accordingly the office of answering respondent vide order No.377/GAC dated 22.07.2016 has also sanctioned gratuity amounting to Rs.3,50,000/- as approved by the O/o Accountant General (A & E), Punjab Chandigarh vide his letter dated 18.07.2016. The payments of gratuity, interest on gratuity and arrear of pay has been credited to the petitioner through RTGS dated 29.08.2016 as detailed below:- Sr. No.
