Through CRM-M-43571 of 2020 the petitioner had earlier approached this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.424 dated 18.09.2020 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 435, 436, 447 and 506 IPC (Section 325 IPC added lateron) registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram. When the Court was disinclined to grant the concession prayed for, to avoid a decision on merits, lest it may prejudice the petitioner at a later stage, such petition was withdrawn on December 23, 2020.

Admittedly, without there being any change in circumstance, through the present petition the petitioner has again approached this Court for the same relief.

Dismissed.
