Mr.V.Ramsarup,Addl.AG Punjab on instructions from Mr.T.K.Goyal, DPI(Colleges)Punjab states that after the aforesaid payment has been made by the College, the required reimbursement shall be made as per rules within one month of such a request by the college.

COCP 3490/2014 are satisfied and do not press their prayer for contempt proceedings against the respondents.
