After arguing for a considerable time, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case any favourable order is passed in the petition(s) filed by the co-accused. He also submits that in case such stage does not arise, the petitioner be permitted to raise all her pleas at appropriate stage i.e. by filing an application under Section 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or at the stage of proceedings under Section 313 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or at the time of final hearing. Ordered accordingly.
