The contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 13.12.2011 whereby petitioner was directed to remove the objections within two weeks and thereafter respondent No.5 was directed to release the retiral benefits of the petitioner for which he is entitled. It was further ordered that in case payment is not made within four weeks, the petitioner would be entitled to interest @ 9% per annum.
Alongwith the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.3 to 9, Annexure R-1 was annexed giving detail of payment and Annexure R-2 i.e. photocopy of cheque No.477381, dated PANKAJ BAWEJA 2019.11.08 12:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Ciourt, Chandigarh
COCP No.364 of 2012 -220.02.2012 amounting to 3,31,679/- was annexed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to contradict the factual position due to lack of instructions. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies in accordance with law, for redressal of surviving grievance, if any.
