JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) Petitioners claim that they have attained majority and married against the wishes of their family members. Apprehending threat to their life and liberty, they have filed the present petition for protection. They claim to have submitted a representation (Annexure P-7) dated 08.01.2020 in this regard to the Superintendent of Police, Hisar.

Petitioners have placed on record copies of Aadhar Cards as well as Matriculation Certificates (Annexures P1 to P4) in support of their age proof as well as copy of certificate (Annexure P6) and photographs (Annexure P5), regarding performance of marriage. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to look into the representation Annexure P7 dated 08.01.2020, and ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners. However, it is made clear that this order shall not be treated as stamp of the Court about the marriage of the parties and no opinion regarding the validity of the marriage has been expressed.
