Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 17.02.2017 passed by the writ court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In these circumstances, without issuing notice to opposite party, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner dated 20.4.2016 (Annexure P-13), by passing a speaking order, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. "

Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case claim of the petitioner has not been decided, needful be done at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. In case any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of official(s) responsible for delay/non-compliance.
